Becoming a Certified Assessor

This section outlines the steps for becoming certified to administer and score IGDI assessments, and it provides some of the training resources required for certification. A trainer-of-trainers approach is used. A person from each program is selected or designated to be a Coordinator. First, the Coordinator is certified to administer and score assessments, and then they certify staff in their local program to use the materials and resources available on the website.
