EPSI Online Reports and Graphs
Entering a child’s problem solving behaviors into the Child Data System allows you to track that child's problem solving growth relative to normative growth trajectories using the Individual Child Report. (For more information on how we developed these normative growth trajectories, read the EPSI Technical Soundness page.) Program Directors can also track the overall problem solving growth of all the children in their program using the Full Program Report. Likewise, a Project Director can track growth across several programs using the Full Project Report.
All reports are dynamically created, meaning that the reports always contain the most recently updated data. Details about these reports, including sample reports, are provided below. All sample reports open in a new window.
Individual Child Progress Reports and Graphs
- Child information (e.g., name, birthdate, program, etc.)
- Raw EPSI data including date entered and age of child during assessment
- Reliability data
- Graphs
that provide visual comparison between indvidual child and normative growth for:

Full Program Progress Reports and Graphs
- Assessors in the program
- Status
- Quantity
- Certification date
- Number of assessments each assessor has conducted
- Average reliability across all assessors
- Average reliability for each key skill across all assessors
- Demographic summaries and other relevant information about children in the program
- Age & Gender
- IFSP status
- Disabilities/Special Needs
- Primary language spoken in home
- Funding source (state or federal)
- Summaries of the program's implementation of the EPSI assessment
- Number of EPSI assessments conducted
- Location of assessments
- Assessment forms used
- Language of administration
- Iterventions used and how often
- Overall problem solving proficiency and identification of children below norms
- Frequency distribution of problem solving rate of children in the program
- Distribution of children at various levels of risk based on EPSI assessments
- List of specific children who are "slightly below benchmark " or "below benchmark " for problem solving
- Graphs that provide visual comparison between the program's children and normative growth for:
