Online Data Entry Forms

A child’s communication events are counted (tallied) on the ECI Recording Sheet. If you have an account with the online Child Data System, you can enter these communication data into the system, which provides sophisticated progress monitoring capabilities across individual children and entire programs.

Below are samples of the online data entry forms used to enter ECI data. These forms have been carefully constructed to mirror the paper ECI Recording Sheet used by assessors in the field.
